SendShort's Clipping AI Agent is here

We just launched SendShort AI Agent (MCP) and it’s a big one. 🎉

MCP is how AI agents talk to tools. With SendShort MCP, your agent can use SendShort directly: drop a YouTube link, clip it into shorts, and get the results back all from a single prompt.

Connect SendShort to Claude, OpenClaw, Hermes, Cursor, or your favorite agent, then say something like:

"Import this YouTube video and clip it into 5 shorts"

…from your terminal, Telegram, or wherever you use your agent. SendShort handles the rest.

No extra steps. No new workflow to learn in the app. One prompt → shorts.

🎬 Everything you already use in SendShort stays exactly the same — upload, import, edit, and clip like always. MCP just gives you a new way to trigger clipping from your AI tools.

How to get started?

• Visit preferences under settings and create an API Key to get started

• Then connect it with your favorite agent like Claude, Grok Bot, Open Claw, Hermes .. etc, replace ss_sk_yourkey with your API Key
